Leed Training

A leed rating system has been put in place by The U.S. Green Building council for setting standards for the green buildings. The green buildings that get audited by the accredited leed professionals would be awarded rating according to their compliance with the benchmarks set by the leed rating system. Who are the leed certified professionals? It is better to know about leed first before we talk about these certified professionals. Leed stands for leadership in energy and environmental design. This standard is admired all over the world as the gold standard for the green buildings all over the world. This is not surprising as the benchmarks for green buildings were arrived at after extensive research on green buildings by The U.S. Green Building council. The Everblue institute has tied up with The U.S. Green Building council and provides leed training to any one who seeks a bright future in the design and construction of green buildings.  A certified professional would be the only recognized authority to conduct an audit on green buildings and award points on various environmentally friendly installations in the building. At the end of the audit all the points earned by a green building would be summed up and a suitable rating would be awarded based upon the total points earned by it.
