Now we’ve said farewell to another festive season it is also time to welcome in those extra pounds that may have accumulated not only over the holiday season itself but also throughout the whole year of 2009.
While it is everyone’s plan to take it easy over the holiday break and be careful of what they consume, it is historically true that the treats which present themselves will result in the gain of some extra pounds. This is on top of the extra pound or 2 which is, in most cases, carried by a growing amount of people in society today, means that, overall, most of us are carrying more weight than is comfortable or healthy for us.
So what to do? The term weight loss is a murky one with so many alternatives available. The world is full of diets! Pritikin, Atkins, low carb, high carb, protein, gluten free, etc etc etc….. but all weight loss plans are not created equal the same as all men and women are not created the same. So while one type of diet will work for one person it is often the case that the same diet will not necessarily give another person the same amount of weight reduction.
Plainly it is not practically or financially viable to try out every weight loss plan on the market in the blind hope that [something at some stage will work. So what we need to do is to look for an approach to weight loss which is based on the findings of examined body examples and metabolisms and devise a plan which suits the individual.
Following studying the various body forms and their individual abilities to lose pounds the creators of this weight loss plan stumbled on a major occurrence which is common to all body forms, metabolisms, cultures, races and in this matter eating tendencies.
This common thread has exposed a new approach to shedding those excess pounds which is less about restriction of calories or modifications in activity programs and more about focusing on those facets which allow the body to utilise a newly found hormone which happens naturally in the body to trigger the extra consumption of fat cells.
This involves fooling the body into incorrect beliefs on the type of food it requires at different times during the day and stimulating it to release the necessary nerve impulses to the system which affects the way our body burns the fat which is, not only, being put into the body but also being stored in the body.
The one remaining obstacle to overcome is a significant one which affects us all in the achievement of those goals which are important to us. The obstacle of procrastination!
